About me…

Old ex rugby player who’s trying to turn himself into a half decent cyclist.

At just shy of 2m tall and starting the year at 130kg – I’m not exactly your average cyclists build.

But after a few years of slow, steady improvement – I figure it’s time to get serious and see what I can do…

May 2010 employed a coach and am aiming at the 2011 New Zealand Club Road Nationals Masters 2 Time Trial.

I’ll do my best to document the journey here…

Adrian, awesome stuff mate you have a goal in mind and heaven help any bugger that gets in your way. All the best with your future goals. October 17 is our big ride up here Taumarunui to Stratford. Just sorting out the finer details mate. Also I was wondering if we could grab Geri’s review off your club web site of the ride so that we could put it on ours.
    Thanks Rob

  3. Cheers Rob.

Certainly going to be an interesting year.

Taumaranui to Stratford is still firmly entrenched on my list of things to do.

No worries at all from my point of view about Gerry’s article (provided she its happy about it – but I’m sure she would be). Here’s the link…

I can send you copies of the photos if you like? Or you can pilfer them from the website.

    Cheers

    Adrian.

    Hey Adrian,

Awesome to read about the goals you have set out for yourself and the commitment you are putting into your training. The results are obviously speaking for themselves. Great stuff. Look forward to cheering you on at Club National TT.
